Country Guava

More Vitamin C Than an Orange

One guava covers a whole day of vitamin C - four times what an orange gives, weight for weight. Winter fruit at its plainest and most useful.

favorite Why It Is Worth It

One guava covers an entire day of vitamin C, and the seeds and skin together carry more fibre than most fruit twice its size.
